Publishory provides an AI-powered platform that automatically generates SEO-optimized blog articles and publishes them to your connected websites. Our Services include content generation, keyword research and clustering, automated publishing, ranking tracking, and indexing submission. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• ✓Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• ✓Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Publishory offers several subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By selecting a plan, you agree to the following:

• ✓Payment: Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• ✓Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will be limited.
• ✓Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to service issues, please contact our support team at support@publishory.pro.

6. Content Ownership and License

• ✓Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content generated by Publishory and published to your websites. Once an article is generated for your account, it is exclusively yours.
• ✓Our Platform: Publishory and its underlying technology, including AI models, algorithms, and interface design, remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• ✓License to Us: You grant Publishory a limited license to access your connected websites solely for the purpose of publishing content on your behalf.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• ✗Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
• ✗Create spam, misleading content, or content designed solely to manipulate search rankings without providing value
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• ✗Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization (except under Agency plans with white-label features)
• ✗Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

8. Service Availability and Disclaimers

Publishory strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on niche, competition, content quality, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publishory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether caused by breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Publishory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
